Calculation of Square Meters Needed:
To calculate the square meters required for each room, you need to multiply the length of the room by the width. As an example, a room that is 5 meters long by 3 meters wide would be 5x3= 15 Square Meters. It is recommended that the industry standard of 10 percent be added to the actual amount of flooring required as an allowance for cutting and waste during installation. This would then make this sample room 16.5 M2.
